SWOT Analysis are a very important aspect of any business with the intentions of betterment and growth. I was asked to perform a swot analysis for my nonprofit organizations’ course. Here we look at the nonprofit organization, The American Indian College Fund. This assignment helped me to understand how to position a business in relation to its various environments ( the industry, the consumer base, the social world, etc.) The ability to do this has aided in not only opening my mind to many more considerations in the event of problem-solving but also just in understanding a business in relation to itself and its mission and values.
