Restorative + Consistency
I make it happen. At heart, I am adept at dealing with problems. I like to view things in terms of problem and solution, similar to how a business sees its product as an object meant to satisfy the needs of a consumer. My interest in more artistic disciplines, at times, gives me an edge in business settings as my creativity and solution-oriented approach lead to unorthodox resolutions. I find myself getting fired up by new ideas and finding ways to see them through. Another aspect of such sound execution has to do with consistency. There are certain rules and routines that help in staying accountable for all the things on my plate. As for within a team, I am keenly aware of the need to treat all with balance and respect.
