Adaptability + Relator
The glue that holds things together. I prefer to work amongst my peers, however I certainly will not shy away from a leadership role.
It is important to understand that leadership is about bringing people together for a common goal. I achieve that through adaptability and the ability to connect and relate with others. I aim to assess the strengths of each member to ensure everyone is playing a role evident of their skills.
As a realtor, it goes even further than that. I enjoy making close relationships and binding people together to create deep and satisfying work and experiences. My ability to go with the flow complements this well. Plans are wonderful and anxiety quelling, however, not full proof. A certain amount of level-headedness allows me to quickly and calmly find solutions to problems and simultaneously relay this to others.
